Patent is what? A patent is the type of rational or the logical possessions and belongings which provide and confer the originator or creator of a novel and the original product or procedure to utilize, sell, advertise, produce or assemble and manufacture the creation and development. It presents private or confidential rights to the creator to eliminate and keep out others from creation, manufacturing, industrialized, selling, buying, or using the patented manufactured goods, product, goods or process.

A patent is the conceding or compromise of a possessions and property right by a supreme ruler and independent ability and right to a creator or author. To get a patent, technological information concerning or in the subject of the development or innovation must be reveal and release to the community or unrestricted in a patent submission and purpose. The patent arrangement and classification is considered and planned to support and provide the confidence to inventions and creator that are exceptional and useful to society.

Documents required or Checklist for Patent Registration:

1. Application for Grant of Patent in Form 1 in duplicate.

2. Provisional/Complete specification in Form 2 in duplicate.

3. Undertaking in Form 3 in duplicate.

4. Power of Attorney in Form 26.

5. Declaration of Inventorship in Form 5 in duplicate.

6. Form 28 (in case the applicant is a small entity).

7. A certified true copy of the Priority document (in case priority is claimed).
